It’s a baby!
Two and a half years ago, Kathleen gave birth to ittle Emma after about 16 hours in the hospital.
What a difference two and a half years make. Around 3pm this afternoon, Kathleen started to feel pressure during her contractions. After a walk around the block, and dropping Emma off at a friend’s house for a sleepover, the contractions got more and more intense. Eventually we made our way to the hospital - got there around 8:40p or so I would say. Kathleen was on a delivery bed by 8:50p. At 8:55 (officially), after like two pushes, our second was born - a son (I checked) - 7 pounds, 3 ounces.
16 hours => 15 minutes. Damn she’s good.
